2sets of continuous pyrolysis machine's condenser shipped to Nantong city, China
Today, in our factory's workshop, our workers load 2sets of the continuous pyrolysis machine's condenser. These two sets of condensers will be shipped to Nantong City, China.
This condenser is different from the box cooling system. We designed this condenser specially for the continuous pyrolysis machine. It is cylindrical in shape, composed of galvanized pipes measuring 219mm, 159mm, and 133mm connected in series, with an "S"-shaped cooling path. This maximizes the cooling distance and area, ensuring that the oil and gas are adequately cooled.
The elbow design reduces the workload during cleaning. When encountering a pipe blockage, simply open the elbows on both sides to clear the pipe.
Compared to box-type cooling systems, this design reduces the equipment's footprint while maintaining cooling performance, and it also has a more impressive and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Usually, for the batch-type pyrolysis machine, we choose the box cooling system, but for the continuous pyrolysis machine, we choose the cylindrical condenser.
In the near future, Components for the fully continuous pyrolysis equipment will be shipped in batches until all equipment is delivered to the customer's operating site on time.
