1. Different process routes
The continuous waste tire refining equipment realizes continuous feeding and discharging under the premise of safety and environmental protection. There is no need to open the furnace door during production and operation, and it operates in a fully sealed manner.
The intermittent waste tire refining equipment adopts an open inlet and outlet. After the cracking is completed, it needs to be shut down for cooling, and then the furnace door is opened to discharge slag and steel wire, and then the next furnace of tires is loaded. It cannot operate continuously.

2. Different processing volumes
The daily processing capacity of a continuous waste tire refining equipment is 15-50 tons, and the daily processing capacity of an intermittent waste tire refining equipment is 1-20 tons;

3. Differences in automation levels

The continuous waste tire refining equipment adopts PLC intelligent control and requires less labor. There are only 1-2 people in a single production line and the labor intensity is low.
Intermittent waste tire refining equipment requires manual or automatic feeders to feed materials, manual pulling of wires, and semi-automatic production operations. A single production line requires 3-4 people, and requires more staffing.

4. Different feeding methods

The automatic high-temperature sealed feeding system of the continuous waste tire refining equipment can feed in 30 minutes, saving labor.
Intermittent waste tire refining equipment requires manual or simple hydraulic feeding, which takes 1-2 hours, which is a waste of labor.

5. Different ways of discharging slag

The continuous waste tire refining equipment has high temperature and sealed slag discharge, which is safe and environmentally friendly, and the slag discharge time is short. During the transportation process, the carbon black is cooled by water circulation and can be directly packaged after reaching the slag bin.

Intermittent waste tire refining equipment needs to be cooled before slag discharge. The cooling time of a single furnace requires 2-3 hours, and the slag discharge time is slightly longer. In addition, the furnace door needs to be opened, the environment for manual wire pulling is slightly poor, and the safety and environmental protection factor is not as high as that of continuous equipment.

9. The workshop environment is different

The entire system of the continuous waste tire refining equipment is fully sealed, and the carbon black is packaged in a centralized manner. There is no dust discharge and the workshop environment is excellent.
Intermittent waste tire refining equipment requires the furnace door to be opened, the dust smell in the workshop is slightly greater, and the workshop environment is slightly worse.
Compared with intermittent equipment, the only disadvantage of continuous waste tire refining equipment is that the initial investment cost of the equipment is higher. The initial investment cost of intermittent equipment is lower, and the price is about more than 300,000.
