Particles Tipping Bucket Hoist
When the Z-type tipping bucket elevator works, the motor rotates and transmits the motion to the reducer. The reducer drives the driving shaft through the chain, and as long as the driving shaft moves, the chain in the box starts to run with the hopper, which brings the hopper from the feed port to the discharge port, and then starts to the feed port after discharging at the discharge port, forming a cycle. During the feeding of the Z-type tipping bucket elevator, the materials fall into the hopper from the feeding port without digging, so as to the damage of materials and improving the utilization rate of the materials.

Application of the machine
Particle Tipping Bucket Hoist is mainly used in flour mills, starch mills, feed mills, and grain silos for conveying milk powder, coffee powder, cocoa powder, and sugar powder. It is also used for conveying resin powder, dyes, pesticide powders, and plastic granules (which may be statically charged). Other applications include conveying metal powders such as aluminum and magnesium powders, collecting and conveying sawdust and wood chips, and preparing and conveying coal powder.
