Waste Engine Oil To Diesel Machine

 

 

The waste oil distillation and cracking technology of ODIFE Machinery is to distill and catalyze the waste oil to be treated through a series of devices such as oil pump, preheating tank, heater, distilling furnace, catalytic device, condenser and safety water seal to obtain gasoline, diesel oil and carbon residue. Gasoline and diesel can be sold directly or used by diesel generators. Carbon residue can be reused as fuel to save equipment operating costs.

 

 

 

Start the heavy oil pump, pump the waste oil into the distilling furnace, and start the heating system. The waste oil is gradually heated in the distillation unit. When the temperature of the waste oil reaches 80 ℃, the water in the waste oil starts to be distilled out. The steam is cooled by the steam condenser, and the cooled water and gasoline enter the collection tank.

When the temperature reaches 160 ℃, the gasoline component in the waste oil is gradually distilled out, and the distilled gasoline is cooled by the condenser to obtain crude gasoline and enters the gasoline tank.

When the temperature reaches 260 ℃, the valve of the gasoline production line is closed and switched to the diesel production line. With the increasing temperature of waste oil, the light components in the waste oil are gradually distilled out and then passed through the high-efficiency catalytic device. Diesel oil is obtained after the condenser is cooled.

When the temperature of the waste oil reaches 400 ℃, the heavier components in the waste oil are cracked out, and then gaseous catalysis is carried out through the catalytic device. The catalysed oil gas passes through the diesel cooling condenser to obtain liquid diesel oil.

The non condensable gas generated during the distillation, catalysis and cracking of waste oil is returned to the furnace for combustion in the heating furnace, and the flue gas after combustion is treated. The treated flue gas is discharged up to standard.
