Plastic Bottle Shredder

 

The plastic bottle shredder adopts the double shaft independent drive, so that the materials are pressed accordingly during production to achieve the automatic feeding function. The unique cutter shaft structure and four corner rotary cutter will not entangle the shaft or jam the equipment in the production process of low speed and high torque, so as to improve the production efficiency. The equipment is suitable for the crushing of various materials with high toughness and viscosity. It has many advantages in production, environmental protection, recycling and so on.

It can be used for recycling and crushing of waste plastic bottle, waste agricultural film, packaging film, ton bag, greenhouse film, space bag, food bag, cement bag, waste fishing net and other raw materials; Example: provide the most ideal solution for continuous crushing production of woven bags. In this processing process, the waste woven bags are directly sent to the new double shaft shredder by conveyor belt. The whole bundle of woven bags are torn by N moving knives installed on the main shaft and fixed knives installed on the frame. The woven bags are separated from sundries through the separation tank to reach the recyclable raw materials.

1. The plastic crusher and power unit shall be firmly installed. If it is necessary to fix the plastic crusher for a long time, it shall be fixed on the cement foundation; If mobile operation of plastic crusher is required, the unit shall be installed on the base made of angle iron, and ensure that the pulley groove of power engine (diesel engine or motor) and plastic crusher are in the same rotation plane.
2. After the installation of the plastic crusher, check the fastening of the fasteners of each part, and tighten them if they are loose. At the same time, check whether the belt tightness is appropriate.

3. Before starting the plastic crusher, rotate the rotor by hand to check whether the tooth claw, hammer and rotor operate flexibly and reliably, whether there is collision in the crushing chamber, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow, and whether the lubrication of the power machine and plastic crusher is good.

4. Do not replace the belt pulley casually, so as to prevent the explosion of the crushing chamber caused by too high rotating speed, or the working efficiency of the crusher affected by too low rotating speed.

5. After the plastic crusher is started, it shall be kept idle for 2 ~ 3min before feeding.

6. Pay attention to the operation of the plastic crusher at any time during work. First, the feeding shall be uniform to prevent blocking the crushing chamber; Secondly, don't work overload for a long time. In case of vibration, noise, high temperature of bearing and machine body, external spraying and other phenomena, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and continue to work after troubleshooting.
