Our ODF company now has more than 17 years experiences in this solid waste pyrolysis fields.Above the 4sets of pyrolysis machine all adopt the design method of slag discharge at the rear end of cracking furnace,the slag can be discharged at a high temperature,which can save the time cost of running.

Of course,we can design the waste pyrolysis machine depand on the different raw material,some raw material such as alumium plastic do not use the design method of slag discharge at the rear end of cracking furnace,it must be discharge from the front of the furnace.
Our solid waste recycling machine has below advantage:
1.Auto feeder machine desiged by our company,Dual-cylinder control, can move forward and backward, left and right, thrust 80T, can push back and forth, track-type design, moving left and right saves time and manpower, one automatic feeder can feed 3-4 cracking furnaces;
2. The pyrolysis furnace adopts the design of flat supports, concave and convex tugs, and large ring gears, which greatly reduces the failure rate caused by vibration at the air outlet and makes the equipment operation more stable;
3.The pyrolysis furnace adopts a split design, which is convenient for transportation and installation;
4.Water tank cooling system, S-shaped cooling route, long cooling distance and large cooling area, fully cooling the oil and gas, increasing the oil yield rate; the box body is fixed with an elbow to facilitate later maintenance and care;
5.The non-condensable gas is collected twice and used as fuel for heating of the pyrolysis furnace, which reduces operating costs;
