Vibratory Spiral Elevator

 

The driving device of the spiral vibration vertical elevator is installed at the lower part of the conveying tower. The two vibration motors are installed symmetrically and crossed. The conveying tower is composed of a pipe body and a spiral conveying groove welded around the pipe body. The conveying tower is seated on the vibration damping device. The vibration damping device consists of a base and a vibration isolation spring. When the vertical hoist is working, according to the self-synchronization principle of the double vibration motor, the vibration motor generates the exciting force, which forces the entire conveying tower body to perform a spatial compound vibration of horizontal circular motion and upward vertical motion, and the material in the spiral groove is subjected to the conveying groove. The function of the machine is to make a uniform throwing circular motion and move up along the conveying trough body, so as to complete the upward (or downward) conveying operation of the material, so this equipment is also called a vibrating vertical conveyor.

Dzc series vertical hoists are divided into five types: basic type, closed type, cooling type, up vibration type and dry type.

 

 

1. Upper vibration vibration hoist : placing the exciter part on the top of the lifting machine can effectively reduce the height of the feed inlet from the ground, but it has greater requirements on the strength of the machine body. The upper vibration type elevator with the same model and height consumes more materials than the lower vibration type.

2. Down-vibration vertical hoist : the vibration exciter of the foundation elevator is located at the bottom of the equipment, the spiral conveying groove is open, and the materials are transported upward from the feeding port to the top discharging port for discharging.

3-4. Cooling vertical vibration hoist : the cooling structure is added to the basic type of elevator, and the mode of air cooling, water cooling or double cooling is determined according to the actual situation of users. The whole process is more complex and needs the strong foundation of the elevator body.

5. Fully enclosed vertical vibration hoist : as the name suggests, the closed type elevator partially closes the open spiral conveying groove. It is suitable for some manufacturers with high requirements for sealing, but it is not suitable for cooling conveying.

6. 360 degree feeding vertical elevator : The feeding tray is large and can be fed in 360 degrees. Suitable for multi-angle feeding.
