1. Waste oil preheating treatment

The waste oil is pumped into the preheating tank for preheating treatment. This operation can reduce the moisture content of the waste oil, and a part of the light oil gas is produced. The light oil gas passes through the condensation system, condenses, and is stored in the oil tank.

2. Heating and reaction stage

The waste oil after preheating treatment enters the refining reactor for further heating. The liquid waste oil is gasified to produce oil gas, which further enters the catalytic tower.

3. Catalytic cracking stage

The catalyst in the catalytic tower can decompose the colloid, break the molecular chain, and remove impurities in the oil gas, which are stored in the heavy oil tank to make the oil gas cleaner.

4. Light oil and heavy oil separation

The catalytic mixture first enters the distillation tower, and the light and heavy components are separated according to the temperature, and cooled by the condenser to obtain product oils of different qualities.

5. Finished product refining treatment

The product oil of the light and heavy components is further purified by the filtration system, enters the semi-finished oil tank, and then is sent to the dewaxing tower for final treatment, and finally enters the finished oil tank to become a high-quality recycled oil product that can be used or sold.

6. Gas recovery system

As the oil and gas condense, there is still a part of the combustible gas that cannot condense. This part of the oil and gas passes through the vacuum system, is compressed and stored by the gas compressor, and then flows back to the combustion system to achieve energy recycling.

7. Flue gas treatment

The flue gas generated during the preheating tank heating and the refining reactor refining process enters the desulfurization tower and water film dust collector in turn to remove sulfides and some impurities, and is discharged into the air in accordance with the emission standards.
