1. Check whether there is any abnormality in the joint part of the tape, such as cuts, cracks, etc., and damage caused by other reasons.
2. Whether the upper and lower layers of the tape are worn, and whether the sidewall is worn.
3. Check whether the rubber scraper of the cleaning device is severely worn and cannot be in close contact with the tape. If so, adjust or replace the rubber scraper.
4. Keep each idler rotating flexibly, and replace the non-rotating or damaged idler.
5. Refuel all kinds of bearings regularly.
6. Repair or replace other worn parts or components.
