How many steps to convert waste plastic into diesel?
The plastic can not be refined diesel oil directly by one set of machine;Because there will produce wax when plastic is pyrolysised.The wax will block the catalyst tank and other pipes. The quality of final diesel oil is also not good. So if you want to convert plastic into diesel oil ,you need two steps;you need to remove the wax of the plastic firstly,then convert the plastic oil without wax into diesel oil.
The details step is as below:
1.Firstly,there need one speciall set of waste plastic pyrolysis machine to convert the waste plastic into plastic oil;and at the same time,remove the wax of the waste plastic;The picture of the machine is as below:
Note:This machine is designed specially for the plastic,add the remove wax device to get the plastic oil without wax,add the de-coking device to avoid the coking problem of the reactor.
2. Secondly,there another one set of oil refining machine to convert the plastic oil into non-standard diesel oil.The picture of the machine is as below:
As usually,One ton of waste plastic there can get about 800kg non-standard diesel oil;
