The deep pan conveyor is composed of head wheel device, scale plate chain device, tail wheel tensioning device, guide material protection device, frame and driving device.

1. Driving device: since the speed of the apron deep pan conveyor is generally not greater than 0.5m/s, the driving device of the apron deep pan conveyor mostly adopts the transmission structure such as motor and reducer, so it can be directly connected with the head wheel shaft through the cross slider coupling, which simplifies the structure of the head wheel device, makes it easy to manufacture, install and adjust, and has a low cost. 2. Tail wheel tensioning device: the device adopts a screw tensioning device, which is composed of a tail wheel shaft, two tail sprockets, a pair of tensioning screws and other accessories. The tension sprocket (including the hub) is supported on the sprocket shaft through double rolling bearings, which can reduce the resistance coefficient when the traction chain bypasses the sprocket; At the same time, when the chains are not synchronized due to the unequal cumulative errors of the pitch of multiple traction chains, the positions of sprocket teeth and traction chain joints can be automatically adjusted to ensure the correct engagement of sprocket teeth and traction chains, so as to avoid uneven or even uneven tension of multiple traction materials, thus improving the overall performance of the traction chain.

3. Scale plate chain device: the chain used by BL deep pan conveyor is a piece chain and stamping chain with rollers installed at the shaft end. The rollers are installed outside the outer chain plate. The rollers only support the load on the base plate. Its structural size is relatively small, so the resistance coefficient is small, reducing the driving device and traction load. Types of apron conveyors:

Light apron conveyor: suitable for short-distance conveying of block materials with feeding particle size less than 160mm, transporting materials with loose density less than 1200kg/m³, block weight less than 140kg and temperature less than 350 ℃.

1. When installing the deep pan conveyor, first remove the upper support plate on the middle support, then press the upper guide rail with the guide rail pressing plate and bolt assembly, adjust the guide rail as required, and then weld the support plate with the support.
2. After the installation and alignment of the whole machine, the lower guide rail and the middle support shall be welded on site as required.
3. After the whole machine is installed, the non straightness of the center line shall be less than 2mm (0-10m), 3mm (10-30m) and 4mm (30-50m); The height of the left and right guide rails shall be less than 2mm.
4. When installing the traction chain, the hopper shall be installed after the chain is installed, and the direction of the hopper shall be noted.

 

 

1. Before commissioning, carefully check whether all fasteners are firm, and the adjusting device between chain plates shall be flexible and reliable.

2. Manually rotate the motor for several weeks, which should be able to rotate freely.

3. When starting the deep pan conveyor, check whether each roller can rotate, and only when the vibration is within the allowable range and there is no abnormal sound can it operate.

4. After no-load operation for 30 minutes, the temperature of each bearing shall not exceed 60 ℃. The chain running head on both sides has relatively balanced tension.
