The Cleaning Chain Conveyor is also called the chain plate type feeder: the chain plate has high compressive strength and impact resistance, and can withstand large and heavy objects such as stones and electric vehicles. The high temperature resistance reaches 1300 degrees, and it can also withstand the low temperature of minus tens of degrees. Working in these harsh conditions will not affect the transportation status of the chain plate machine. The traction chain has high strength and is suitable for long-distance material transportation up to more than 100 meters. The chain plate machine within 5 meters is usually operated by a single person. The chain plate machine with too long a conveying distance should be made by multiple machines separately and transported to the user. Assemble on site.

4. Flexible layout of conveyor lines: Compared with belt conveyors, slat conveyors can convey materials at a larger inclination angle and smaller bending radius, so they have greater flexibility. The inclination angle can reach 30- 50 degrees, and the bending radius is 5-8M.

5. During the conveying process, various technological operations such as classification, cleaning, drying, cooling, or assembly can be carried out at the same time.
