3. Before starting the reducer, the bearing should be refueled according to the requirements.
4. After turning on the power supply for the first time, observe the rotation direction of the two spindles of the shredder, and require the spindle of the shredder to rotate to the main engine. If there is an error, adjust the option to reboot later.
5. Start the machine for the first time, idle for 10-20 minutes, determine that there is no abnormal noise, no abnormal phenomenon, and the feeding test machine can be carried out after normal operation.
6. The first test feeding should be uniform and not too fierce. If there is no problem with the test machine, it can be evenly loaded and work normally.
7. During the work process, the head, hands and other parts shall not be close to the feeding port to prevent the splash from harming the body and endangering its own life safety during the shredding process.
8. When repairing equipment, it is necessary to do: power failure and shutdown, single maintenance, disassembly and assembly of equipment (with special tools) according to maintenance instructions, and barbaric operations such as knocking or even smashing of important parts of the shredder.
